SID is a project development company, recognizing the demand for solar and wind projects. We have put together a team of professionals in order to create and market these projects. Our focus will be to provide at least a 10 mega watt power source system per project that will be scalable and upgradeable to produce greater electrical output. Accessibility to transmission lines will be a key consideration. The Company accomplishes this in a four-step process:

• Project Location: our Company will combine the use of up-to-date science, land lease locations, transmission accessibility & low environmental concerns to pick project locations.
• Project Design & Engineering: our Company will survey the land & design a plant to best match the terrain, while engineering the highest power output possible.
• Establish Economic Projections & Construction Costs: we will negotiate with the power manager for the best price in a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), while providing low cost equipment and construction.
• Power Production: we will offer communities clean, renewable energy and deliver a fully finished, operational solar or wind power generating station.
