His education in Business Administration, Project Management and Investment Finance makes him a knowledgeable successful leader. For over 20 years Mr. Vaughn has managed high level contract negotiations, power purchase agreements, joint ventures; he has managed projects in the telecommunications industry, Oil & Gas, pipelines, Utilizes, Energy and Municipality Infrastructure. This experience affords him the ability to start, manage and complete any venture successfully. Under his leadership there have been many successful management teams, one such team built a Texas based Oil & Gas operating company, which he envisioned, managed and eventually sold. Mr. Gary Hales is a Registered Professional Engineer, President & Chief Operating Officer for SID International, Inc. with over 32 years of experience in Nuclear Power, Petrochemical, Electrical Power, construction, start-up, operations and plant modifications. Mr. Hales has over 25 years of supervision and executive management of engineering operations. Mr. Hales work experience includes nuclear reactor controls & protection, controls & operations for refinery, chemical plants including steam plants, utilities, substations, switchyards, tank farms and liquid pipelines. Mr. Hales has successfully patented a refinery flare control system, developed, taught process control & tuning for plant column fractionators, furnaces and boilers. Mr. Hales has developed quality control programs for plant modifications as well as validation & verification for software and hardware applications. Mr. Hales has an extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, the Process Management Processes which include hazards analysis, level of protection assessment and safety instrumented systems.

William Riggle - C.F.O.
Mr. William Riggle is Chief Financial Officer for SID International, Inc. with over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. Mr. Riggle has held executive positions in oil & gas (retail), renewable energy development (wind), energy services, alternative fuel (hydrogen and compressed natural gas) and employment services. Mr. Riggle has worked in both publically traded and privately held corporations. Mr. Riggle brings successful varied management experience from high growth organizations, with particular strength in building and leading teams to support IPO’s, mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Riggle has performed Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, SEC filings and shareholder relations for publically traded corporations. Mr. Riggle has implemented & maintained accounting and financial controls for corporations with business units in multiple locations around the world.
